Where can I go to get someone to draw me up my next tattoo without having to visit the tattoo parlor?

I just need someone to draw me up a tattoo. I have the pictures, all I need is for someone to put it together for me. Where can I go to find people that draw? I don’t have any friends that can draw. I don’t want to go into the tattoo parlor until I know the tattoo is going to look nice.

you really should just let a Tattoo Artist do it. that is part of their job. they don’t expect you to come in with a finished design and get it done ‘as is’. most like when you give them different ideas they can work with and use their creativity to come up with something awesome for you.
